ASRRAI staff structure is made up of the Executive Director, the Program Manager, Human Resource/Administrative Officer and Program Officers. We also have Interns as support staff/Volunteers.
As a development organization, we are into Advocacy, Community Mobilization, Capacity Building, Economic Empowerment and Promotion
of cross-cultural understanding in the following areas:

We have engaged grassroot participation in:
Budget processes, monitoring and evaluation
Advocacy and engagement with their legislatures
Monitoring and Reporting of Development Projects at all levels in Nigeria.
We have facilitated programs on the following:
HIV/AIDS, TB, Malaria and Reproductive Health Sensitization, Counseling and Referral services.(Orlu,Ngor-Okpala, Owerri North, Owerri Municipal.)
Community Outreach Education on HIV, TB and Malaria:- Nigeria (Ngor-Okpala, Njaba, Owerri North, Owerri Municipal)
Home Base Care for People living with HIV:(Ngor-Okpala, Owerri North, Njaba LGAs).
Female and Male Family Planning program (Condom distribution):- Nigeria:- Imo State (Owerri municipal,Owerri North LGAs).
Roll Back Malaria Sensitization Programme (Owerri North LGA).
Water and Sanitation Projects: Emekuku -Owerri-North.
Economic Strengthening, Life Saving Skills and Psycho-social support: Imo State University, Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Emii Technical college Owerri North, School of Deaf & Dumb, Ofekata Orodo.
Youth enlightenment programme for primary and Secondary schools to shun social vices like cultism, drug addiction, Prostitution and Political thuggery.
We have educated young people on entrepreneurial development to improve their potential for employable skill so that they can be gainfully employed.
